Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together tomato paste, oregano, salt, pepper, and water. Set aside. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, vegan cheese, and basil. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve immediately.”
